1. What is The Depot Wine Club?
A seasonal wine membership offering six curated wines from five wineries, plus exclusive Depot and partner benefits.
2. How much does membership cost?
$275 per six-bottle collection, including shipping and applicable taxes. Two collections per year: Fall and Spring.
3. When will I be charged?
Your first $275 payment is processed immediately upon enrollment, with recurring payments every six months.
4. What wines are included?
Four Signature Selections and two Premium Discoveries from Barlow, Field, Kenefick Ranch, Trujillo, and JCB.
5. When will I receive my first collection?
Fall 2026 orders are scheduled to ship November 16–23, after each member's five-day adjustment window closes.
6. Can I make changes after enrolling?
Eligible changes are considered by requests made within five days of payment at thedepotwineclub@gmail.com.
7. What benefits are included?
Two monthly tastings, 15% off Wine Car wines, 10% dining and partner savings, plus exclusive member experiences.
8. How do I use my member discounts and tastings?
Present your membership card or registered email. Book Wine Car tastings online; partner verification may apply.
9. Are there benefits for joining early?
Join by November 14, 2026, for a custom Depot corkscrew and a one-time $750 private-event fee waiver, subject to terms.
10. How does the Early Member private-event offer work?
The $750 fee is waived once for eligible members: 6–12 guests, Friday or Sunday, $1,500 minimum spend; subject to availability.
11. Do you ship to every state?
No. Eight states are excluded. Shipping is limited to eligible destinations and requires adult signature where applicable.
12. Do I need to be 21 or older to join?
Yes. You must be at least 21. Age verification and applicable adult-signature requirements apply.
13. Can I skip a collection or cancel my membership?
Email thedepotwineclub@gmail.com. Requests are subject to membership, cancellation, and refund terms.
