Ingredients
- 2 ounces The Calistoga Star XO
- ½ ounce Amaro Nonino
- 1⁄4 ounce Cherry Liqueur
- Rinse Absinthe
Garnish
- Lemon twist
Method
Combine Absinthe and ice in a rocks glass and let chill. Combine all ingredients in a mixing jar, add ice, and stir for 15 seconds until thoroughly chilled and properly diluted. Discard the ice from the rocks glass, and strain into the chilled rocks glass. Reserve the dirty ice on the side. Express a lemon twist over the top of the cocktail and utilize the dirty ice as needed.
